Grav Hop Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Marshian Games (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use Grav Hop (the “Game”). Grav Hop is a general-audience game that is suitable for a wide range of players, but it is not specifically designed or marketed for children under 13.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game may store gameplay information locally on your device, including high scores, achievements, unlocked suits, settings and Ghost Boost balances. This information is used to operate the Game and preserve your progress. You can generally remove it by deleting the Game or clearing its app data.
2. Firebase services
Grav Hop uses Google Firebase services to support limited online features. Firebase Authentication may create an anonymous identifier, and Cloud Firestore may process limited game-related records such as milestone participation, worldwide counters, Halo game codes and anti-abuse information. We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, postal address or phone number.
3. Advertising
Grav Hop uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Depending on your location, choices and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic information.
Where required, the Game will ask for your advertising consent through Google’s consent system before requesting ads. You may decline personalised advertising. Limited or non-personalised ads may still be shown where legally permitted and available.
4. Sharing features
When you choose to share or invite someone, the Game opens your device’s standard sharing interface. The selected third-party app handles the message under its own privacy practices. Marshian Games does not receive the contents of your private messages through this feature.
5. How information is used
Information is used to operate and improve the Game, remember progress, provide online counters and codes, display and measure advertising, prevent misuse, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
6. Third-party services
The Game uses services provided by Google, including Firebase and Google Mobile Ads. Their processing is governed by Google’s privacy practices. 7. Data retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is removed. Online records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the relevant feature, maintain security, prevent duplicate claims or misuse, and meet legal obligations.
You may contact us to ask about deletion of information associated with the Game. Because online records may use anonymous identifiers rather than an account or email address, we may need information from your copy of the Game to locate a record, and in some cases it may not be possible to link an anonymous record to you.
8. Children’s privacy
Grav Hop is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Your choices
You can manage advertising choices through the consent options shown in the Game and through your device’s privacy settings. You may also reset or restrict your device advertising identifier using your operating system settings.
10. International processing
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
